Return policy

At The BOX , we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, we offer return and exchange options under the following conditions:

  1. Return period :
    1. We accept product returns within a period of 7 days from the date of receipt of your order. To initiate a return, please contact us at edwina@ego.bz
  2. Item Conditions :
    1. Products must be returned in their original condition , unused and with the original tags attached. Items that are damaged or do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return or exchange.
  3. Exchanges and online store credit :
    1. We only offer exchanges for items of equal or greater value . We do not issue cash refunds.
    2. If you prefer store credit, we will issue a credit valid for 5 months , which can be used for future purchases in our online store.
  4. Return Policy Exclusions :
    1. We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following products:
      1. SALE items or promotional items.
      2. Products purchased with discount codes .
  5. Return process :
    1. To initiate a return, please contact us at edwina@ego.bz with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. We will send you detailed instructions on how to proceed.
    2. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product received is defective or incorrect.
  6. Returns processing time :
    1. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our policy criteria. We will notify you if the return is approved, and if so, we will issue the store credit or process the exchange within 7 business days .

Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at edwina@ego.bz. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and problems: 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific return item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Changes:

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
