LEGAL PURPOSES : You may use the Site and Service only for lawful purposes. You agree to be financially responsible for all purchases made by you or someone acting on your behalf. You agree to use the Site and purchase services or products only for legitimate, non-commercial purposes. DENIAL OF SERVICE The Services are offered subject to our acceptance of your order or request. We reserve the right to refuse service to any order, person or entity, without obligation to assign reason for doing so. No order will be deemed accepted by us until payment has been processed. We may change or discontinue at any time any aspect or feature of the Site or Service, subject to our fulfillment of our prior responsibilities to you based on acceptance of your payment.
CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS AND RETURNS
All bookings for consulting services are 100% refundable up to 3 days prior to the first scheduled date the service begins. Any services cancelled within 3 days of the service start date will be charged $200 deducted from the balance owed to the client. No refunds will be given after consulting services have begun.
OUR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY The Site and the Service contain intellectual property owned by Edwina Gonzalez, including trademarks, copyrights, proprietary information and other intellectual property. You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works from, distribute, display, reproduce or perform, or in any way exploit in any format whatsoever the Site or Service.
Content or intellectual property, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent. We reserve the right to immediately expel you from the Service, without refund, if you are found violating this intellectual property policy.
MODIFIED TERMS We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Such modifications will be effective immediately upon our posting of the new Terms and Conditions on this Site. Any use of the Site or Service by you after being notified means that you accept these modifications. THE FOREGOING APPLIES EVEN IF EDWINA GONZALEZ HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OR COULD HAVE FORESEEN THE DAMAGES. IN THOSE STATES THAT DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. IN NO EVENT WILL EDWINA GONZALEZ'S CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE TOTAL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE SERVICE YOU PURCHASED FROM E.go design studio.
